How it works

1. Discovery call

Book a free 15-minute discovery call to talk through what you need, how you work and whether we're a good fit.

2. Proposal

I'll follow up with a summary of what I've understood, a clear outline of how I can help, and my proposed rates and terms. For project and web design work, I'll ask questions to make sure I have a clear picture of what you want the end result to look like and delivery timelines.

3. Contract

Once we're aligned, I'll share my standard services agreement to sign before we begin.

4. Onboarding Session

Before we dive in, we take time to get properly aligned.

For EA and VA work this is typically an hour to walk through your existing systems, workload and preferences.

For web design, this is where we get the practical foundations in place, such as setting up your Wix account.

For design work, I'll recap the brief to ensure nothing is changed and confirm delivery deadlines and any other details.

 

5. Getting Started

We begin work. I keep communication clear, flag anything I need early and adapt quickly as I get to know how you work best.

6. Feedback

I welcome regular check-ins and honest feedback. Getting it right matters to me, and I'd rather know early if something isn't working.
