In-Office: Executive Assistant/Reception - Travel booking to Brazil & USA for a small team; Greeting Visitors; Fielding Calls; Arranging Couriers; Updating Global Traveller Spreadsheet for Weekly Report to the CEO – suggested efficiency improvements; General Admin.
Moelis & Company (Investment Bank), City of London
Hybrid: Provided Executive Assistant support to 3 Managing Directors (including a Co-Head of Europe) and 9 team members, including complex diary management, international travel to New York, Paris, Belgium and Prague, and expenses management using Concur and a Salesforce-based contact management system. During the assignment I identified an unused bulk-upload function within Concur that significantly reduced manual data entry for the EA team - liaised with the New York business services team to have the feature activated globally, then created a detailed guide for the London EA team that was subsequently adapted for the global EA network.
